The room was spacious and well-equipped, with premium bedding, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a laptop-friendly workspace. The breakfast was good, offering plenty to choose from. The staff were very accommodating.

great access to parks and local eateries in thunder bay
during my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from Caribou Restaurant & Wine Bar, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals after a day of exploring the nearby Thunder Bay Art Gallery, only 500 meters away from the hotel, where I enjoyed a good afternoon soaking in the local art scene.

Inviting and relaxing room with double bed, a refrigerator, as for instance, I had everything needed. There were a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. This accommodation had a central setting close to restaurant.
As for me, the area was poor.

The pool area is in dire need of improvement!!! Slippery tiles and lifting edges can be dangerous . Upgrade the toast setup. Waiting for a single toaster is annoying!!! The accessible room design leaves much to be desired.

We had a great time at this hotel! The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was decent, but we were disappointed with the limited hot options available.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Easy access to travel route and city. Clean throughout. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Wifi was a boon. Highly comfortable and quiet environment.
